BAY PINES SPECIAL SERVICE- SEPT 1/ 2009
I would like to thank all of the great people that came out to
the interment ceremony at the Bay Pines National Cemetery on
Tuesday the 1st of September. The Bay Pines staff and the families
of two of the eleven Veterans entered were overwhelmed by the out
pouring of support for these all but forgotten Veterans.

We arrived at Bay Pines with 35 Bikes and about 6 cages with about
50 or 60 people manning the flag line. The Madeira Beach, American
Legion Post 273 Honor Guard Led the Ceremony. The Honor Guard from
American Legion Post 138  in Safety Harbor was with us also. There
were at least 4 other American Legion Posts in attendance Such as:
Post 148 (The Alifia Post) Riverview, Post 275 in Dunedin, Post 104
in Pinellas Park, Post 125 in Gulf Port, and probably more. There
were Am Vets, VFW, Blue Knights, Patriot Guard Riders, Wounded
Warrior Riders, Fire & Iron, Red Knights and just plain folks that
all came together to make sure that these 11 Veterans Would be
Honored in their passing as they should.

THANK YOU EVERY ONE!! If I  forgot to mention your organization,
it was not intentional, as I am so proud of the turn out, I wish I could
name every single person  that came out and stood in the drizzel  for
           these Great Americans.
