FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS:
$150.00 per hour, with a minimum of four hours. A refundable damage deposit of $250.00 and a non-refundable cleaning deposit of $100.00 will be imposed and collected up front along with the minimum fees. Catering options, to include Seaside Tropical Grill and entertainment options will be offered. All catering and/or entertainment utilized and obtained through the Hall Operations manager will negotiated separately by the Hall Manager for the benefit of Post 273.
FOR PRIVATE FUNCTIONS of POST 273 MEMBERS EXCLUSIVELY, TO INCLUDE AUXILIARY UNIT, SAL AND LEGION RIDERS:
$150.00 per hour, with a minimum of four hours, however, a 20% discount, will be offered for the first four hours, ($120) thereafter the regular hourly rate $150 will apply. A cleaning fee will be imposed.
